To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) must also be in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for paying any and all return shipping costs (unless approved by Zen Enterprises) of returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive any returning item(s). If for any reason Zen Enterprises doesn’t receive a customer return it is the sole responsibility of the sender/customer to track down and or file any claim grievance with the carrier(s), To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
